NexLife: Compounded medication only; no brand-name Zepbound, Mounjaro, Wegovy or Ozempic and no insurance billing. Cancellation requires 30 days' notice rather than immediate cancellation. Sublingual/ODT tirzepatide and semaglutide have no published pharmacokinetic evidence supporting equivalent absorption to injection.
