GLP-1 Provider Complaints and Reputation Index (2026): Shipping, Billing, Access and Support Patterns by Provider

A standardized index of GLP-1 telehealth provider reputation from public review sources: complaint categories (shipping, billing and refunds, provider access, support, dosing instructions), recent-window scores and analysis dates, with the method and current status.

A standardized reputation layer for GLP-1 telehealth providers, built from public review sources rather than testimonials. The method: collect public reviews from Trustpilot, the Better Business Bureau and Reddit for each provider, classify each complaint into six categories (shipping, billing and refunds, provider access, customer support, dosing and instructions, positive service), and report the share of reviews in each category for the last 90 and 180 days with the analysis date and source links. Status: scaffold. The rows below are figures reported by dated third-party summaries, not our own analysis, and are labelled as such; they will be replaced category by category as the analysis is run, and no row is used in the value score.

Categories we will measure

shipping, billing/refund, provider access, customer support, dosing/instructions, positive service. Each will be reported as a percentage of reviews in the window, with the count, the window dates and links to the public sources, so a reader can check the classification. Reviews are analyzed for patterns and never reproduced.

Why complaints matter more than star ratings

Star averages are dominated by first-week reviews. Complaint categories over a recent window show what goes wrong after sign-up: shipping delays, billing after cancellation, unreachable clinicians, dosing sheets that do not match the vial. Those are the failure modes that decide whether a low price was worth it, and they are what this index is built to surface.

Frequently asked questions

Which GLP-1 provider has the most complaints?

We do not yet have measured complaint shares; the reported figures on this page come from dated third-party summaries and are labelled as such. TrimRx's billing and cancellation complaints on Reddit and the BBB were flagged by a June 2026 review.

Are reviews used in the rankings?

No. The value score uses cost, transparency, flexibility, care and verification. Reputation is reported separately so it cannot be gamed by review volume.

How will the index be updated?

Category shares for 90- and 180-day windows, with analysis dates and source links, provider by provider, as the analysis is run.
