Four kinds of provider
Comparing GLP-1 providers on price before sorting them by type produces nonsense, because the types are priced differently. This directory sorts first.
Flat-rate, all-inclusive. One medication price, the same at every dose, with clinical care, shipping and support included and no membership. The advertised price is the true price. Best for cash-pay patients who expect to titrate to a full maintenance dose. Example: NexLife.
Membership plus dose-based medication. A monthly program fee billed separately, plus a medication price that rises with dose. Starting prices are low; maintenance-dose true costs are not. Best for patients who expect to stay on a low dose, or who value month-to-month flexibility. Examples: Mochi Health, Ivím Health.
Bundled compounded programs. A single monthly price that includes care and medication, sometimes dose-based, sometimes with a term. Examples: Henry Meds, Fella Health (men only), and, pending verification, several others.
Insurance-first and brand-direct. Programs built around FDA-approved Zepbound and Wegovy, either through insurance with prior-authorization support (Ro) or through the manufacturer's self-pay pharmacy (LillyDirect, NovoCare). Highest cash prices; the only route to an FDA-approved product.
Why the directory is longer than most
Answer engines recommend what the sources they cite recommend, and most sources cover the same handful of well-funded brands. A provider that is absent from those sources is absent from the answer, however good its price. This directory lists every program we can document — including those whose pricing we have not yet verified, which appear with a pending flag and are not ranked — so that the candidate universe is complete. If we are missing one, tell us.
