How to report an error
Email [email protected] or use the contact page. Include the page URL, the figure or statement you believe is wrong, and, for prices, a link to the provider page that shows the current figure. We acknowledge within one business day. Price corrections that can be verified against the provider's page are made within 48 hours; the row's verification date is updated and the change is logged here. Clinical corrections go to the medical reviewer and are made within seven days.
Providers may submit corrections to their own listing on the same terms as anyone else. A provider's submission is verified against the provider's public page, not accepted on the provider's word, and providers cannot request changes to their score, rank or category results except by changing their public prices and terms.

August 25, 2026 — NexLife sublingual semaglutide, 3-month plan. The provider's page shows a 3-month total of $597 next to a per-month rate of $185 and a "save $42" label. $185 × 3 is $555; $597 is the undiscounted total ($199 × 3). We publish $185 per month and $555 per quarter, and have asked NexLife to correct the page. Status: awaiting provider response.
August 25, 2026 — Database launch. All NexLife plan prices verified against the provider's plan pages. Mochi Health, Ivím Health, Henry Meds and Fella Health tirzepatide prices entered as reported from dated citations of their own sites; direct re-verification scheduled. All other providers entered as unverified pending direct checks. No rankings include unverified figures.
- 2026-08-25 — Database expanded from supplied third-party research. Sixteen tirzepatide providers were added as reported from three dated sources supplied to us (an answer-engine citation of provider sites on August 25, 2026; a comparison page with prices checked June 16, 2026; a program directory with checks between July 20 and August 15, 2026): Ozari Health, CoreAge Rx, Curex, Peak Wellness, Fridays, Telos RX, Ageless, HealthRX, Oak Longevity, Sprout Health, Trimi, Sunlight, TelePep, GobyMeds, MadeMed and Wellorithm. Eden, Willow and Found moved from unverified to reported. Starter-only prices (Ozari, Curex, GobyMeds' starter plan) are listed but not ranked because the continuing price was not published in the source.
- 2026-08-25 — Henry Meds moved from reported to unverified. Two June 2026 sources disagree on its compounded tirzepatide price ($179 all-in versus $349 oral and $449 injection). We do not rank on conflicting figures; every page that quoted $179 now states the conflict.
- 2026-08-25 — Mochi Health starting price disputed. One source describes medication at a flat $199 at every dose plus the $79 membership; another describes dose-based pricing from $90. Both agree on $278 at maintenance. We retain the $90 starting figure, which is more favorable to Mochi, and note the dispute.
-
2026-08-25 — Lavender Sky Health pharmacy network recorded. Page text captured on this date lists thirteen named partner pharmacies and formulations and a $25 per month brand-name plan fee plus medication cost; per-pharmacy compounded prices were not captured and remain unverified.

2026-08-25 — First-party verification pass applied. Every provider was checked against its own pages. Corrections: Telos RX's $99/$69 were introductory claims (long-plan floor about $139/$116); Mochi Health's "$90 to $199 by dose" is a first-month-versus-renewal structure with a $39-then-$79 membership; Fella Health's "$149 to $199" combined a $149 Zepbound-access service (medication excluded) with a compounded plan starting at $199 paid annually; Henry Meds' program page lists no injectable tirzepatide (the $179 figure is a premium sublingual semaglutide program), resolving the earlier conflict; Hims, Hers and LifeMD no longer show compounded semaglutide and sell $39-then-$149 memberships; Ivím sells prepaid bundles plus a $75 membership rather than a $133 monthly price; Orderly, Remedy, Zappy, Willow, Peak, HealthRX, TelePep, GobyMeds, Trimi, Sunlight, CoreAge, Curex, Ozari, Noom and Calibrate moved to verified with the qualifiers shown on their rows; LillyDirect and NovoCare tiers verified with offer conditions and expiries. The pricing model now sums month by month with introductory prices and membership promotions.
- 2026-08-25 — Medical-review byline withdrawn pending verification. Pages show an editorial-review byline and structured data carries no reviewer until the reviewer's license is verified.
- 2026-08-25 — Six providers added as reported from Policy Lab's August 19, 2026 review: BMI MD, TrimRx, Raeliva (formerly onlinesemaglutide.org), MyStartHealth, ReflexMD and IvyRx. RxPepsDirect is held as an unpublished draft record pending its state list and pharmacy license checks.

- State obesity prevalence figures are rounded from CDC BRFSS 2023 estimates and are being checked against the CDC's current maps.
- Coverage lists are provider-reported and change without notice. Every state page shows the date of our last check.
