This log is what lets the site say not only what a provider charges but when it changed.

Reading the log
Most corrections in August 2026 moved figures from third-party directories toward what providers actually charge: introductory and starter prices had been recorded as continuing prices, service memberships as medication prices, and two products as one. The manufacturer entries are real price changes: Lilly cut Zepbound vial prices three times between August 2024 and November 2025, and Novo Nordisk cut Wegovy twice. Average verified compounded prices are tracked on the ranking pages; this page tracks movement.

Our record was corrected on August 25, 2026 rather than Mochi changing a price: its $90 is a first-month medication price that becomes $199, with a $39-then-$79 membership. Any future change will appear here with the date.
