Sublingual/ODT tirzepatide and semaglutide have no published pharmacokinetic evidence supporting equivalent absorption to injection. Dispensing pharmacy and state coverage are not yet independently verified in our database. Microdose protocols are a marketing category with no clinical-trial evidence base.
