What to weigh against each
NexLife: Compounded medication only; no brand-name Zepbound, Mounjaro, Wegovy or Ozempic and no insurance billing. Cancellation requires 30 days' notice rather than immediate cancellation. Sublingual/ODT tirzepatide and semaglutide have no published pharmacokinetic evidence supporting equivalent absorption to injection. Dispensing pharmacy and state coverage are not yet independently verified in our database. Microdose protocols are a marketing category with no clinical-trial evidence base.
